You should always change the password after you have reset the router or faced an issue. Open the Spectrum router app or go to a web browser and type the default IP address of the router. Then, sign in to reset Spectrum router password.

After entering the IP address, you will be directed to the log in page.

Follow the steps mentioned below-

 Enter the username and password, default credentials if you have reset the router.

 The default username is admin and the password is password.

 Go to the network settings.

 Click on Wi-Fi network.

 Create a new password and enter it twice.

 Click ok to save the changes and log in through the new password.
